How to use
1. Request a quote
When customers make a purchase or make a purchase, we ask them to send us information about the item, such as the product URL, product name, contact information for the business partner, a photo of the receipt, quantity, color, etc., via email or LINE, and we then confirm the item's inventory and delivery date.
2. Sending a quote
We will prepare a quotation and send it to you by email within 2 days.
*Depending on the content of the quotation, it may take some time.
3. Payment
If you wish to make a purchase, you will need to make the payment and place the order.
Cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed or payment has been made.
*When making purchases or purchasing goods, shipping charges must be paid after purchase in order to ensure accurate shipping charges.
4. Product Shipping
Once we receive the item, we will pack it and inform you of the shipping cost. Once we have confirmed the payment, we will ship it and inform you of the tracking number.
5. Delivery time
For shopping and purchasing requests, it usually takes about 3 to 4 days for items to arrive when shipped via EMS, but it may take a little longer depending on the post office's schedule.
