ONLINE-KOREA provides a purchasing agent service for businesses that purchases on your behalf and delivers the goods to you. Our top priority is to make purchasing a smooth process, and we will deliver the goods to you responsibly.
*We only support products that can be purchased online or offline (nationwide).
However, please contact us first for areas outside of Seoul, as there are changes to fees and other matters.

Usage fee
offline purchasing
◎Product price + handling fee + shipping charges
The fee is 10% of the total price of the item + actual cost (transportation costs, etc.)
However, if 10% of the total price of the item is less than 50,000 won, we will charge a basic fee of 50,000 won (about USD37.0).
There is no shipping fee, and we only charge actual cost.
◎If you need to move to multiple stores or areas
If the suppliers are from the same area: An additional fee of 3,000 won (about USD 2.20) will be charged for each item.
If the supplier is in a different area: An additional fee of 10,000 won (about USD 7.30) will be charged depending on the distance traveled.
*Free if the total purchase amount is 100,000 yen or more.
◎Domestic shipping fees may apply from the store to us depending on the size and volume of the package.
◎If you wish to ship purchased items to multiple delivery addresses, a basic fee will be charged for each delivery address.
◎If the purchase location is not in Seoul, an additional fee will be charged based on distance, including the cost of traveling to the purchase location, so please consult before purchasing.
shipping charge
◎We ship using EMS, EMS PREMIUM, or SHIP, and the shipping fee will be the combined total of the shipping fee and the actual packaging cost.
Also, since the shipping fee varies depending on the volume of the product, shipping fees are paid upon delivery.
◎Please note that even if the item is light in weight, the post office will apply the following calculation to the shipping fee if the item is large: width (cm) x length (cm) x height (cm) of the packed box / 6,000.

◎About the actual packing cost
The actual packing cost is the total amount including the expenses incurred during packing (box, air cap, etc.).
We use post office boxes, which are the strongest and safest, and use two types of air caps as cushioning material.

Right: 1,400 won per meter (approx. 140 yen)
