ONLINE-KOREA provides a purchasing agent service for businesses that purchases on your behalf and delivers the goods to you. Our top priority is to make purchasing a smooth process, and we will deliver the goods to you responsibly.
*We only support products that can be purchased online or offline (nationwide).
However, please contact us first for areas outside of Seoul, as there are changes to fees and other matters.

◎ We will accompany you to meetings with business partners when you visit Korea and provide interpretation support (reservation required)
* Available for orders of USD 1,470 per month for 3 months or more.
Usage fee
Offline purchasing
◎Product price + handling fee + shipping charges
The fee is 10% of the total price of the item + actual cost (transportation costs, etc.)
However, if 10% of the total price of the item is less than 50,000 won, we will charge a basic fee of 50,000 won
There is no shipping fee, and we only charge actual cost.
◎If you need to move to multiple stores or areas
If the suppliers are from the same area: An additional fee of 3,000 won will be charged for each item.
If the supplier is in a different area: An additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged depending on the distance traveled.
*Free if the total purchase amount is 100,000 yen or more.
◎Domestic shipping fees may apply from the store to us depending on the size and volume of the package.
◎If you wish to ship purchased items to multiple delivery addresses, a basic fee will be charged for each delivery address.
◎If the purchase location is not in Seoul, an additional fee will be charged based on distance, including the cost of traveling to the purchase location, so please consult before purchasing.
