BTS's J-Hope Celebrates 'Sweet Dreams' Release with Fans in a Sweet Day Together

BTS's J-Hope celebrated the release of his new song "Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)" by gifting fans a sweet day. On the 6th and 7th, J-Hope engaged in special interactions with fans over two days.



J-Hope began his communication with fans on the 6th at 11:00 PM (Korean time) with a comeback live broadcast. "I will be with you until the offline fan event," he said, reaching out to fans. He continued the broadcast for 12 hours, engaging with fans on various topics, including late-night snack eating, drawing diaries, and tips for good sleep. He also shared a moment of actual sleep in a bedroom-like set.

The live broadcast attracted huge attention from fans, recording approximately 27 million cumulative views in real-time. This was the highest real-time view count on Weverse, reaffirming J-Hope's global popularity.



The next day, on the 7th, J-Hope held an offline fan event titled "Sweet Dreamland" at the Sevit Floating Islands in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The event featured various segments, including a current affairs talk, balance games, a music video countdown, and a new song dance challenge, celebrating the release of his new song with fans.

J-Hope shared the nervous excitement of waiting for the song's release, saying, "It's much better waiting with ARMY," expressing his excitement.



J-Hope surprised fans with a performance of "Sweet Dreams," receiving a passionate response from them. Fans cheered for him, and J-Hope expressed his love for them, saying, "I’ve spent a dream-like time." A banner suddenly appeared, celebrating his world tour and new activities, moving the fans.



On June 13, BTS's debut anniversary, J-Hope invited 613 fans and gave them a warm send-off and greetings. For fans who couldn't attend, he spent time with them through a live broadcast on Weverse and gifted them desserts, creating sweet memories.



J-Hope's digital single "Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)" was released at 2 PM on the 7th and immediately topped the iTunes "Top Songs" chart. It reached number one in 79 countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, France, Canada, Australia, and Brazil, proving its global popularity. It also topped both the "Worldwide iTunes Song" and "European iTunes Song" charts, making a big splash. The music video ranked in the top 10 on YouTube’s trending videos chart.
