d'Alba, the Brand Behind the Popular "Flight Attendant Mist," Aims for KOSPI Listing in May

d'Alba Global, known for its high-quality eco-friendly beauty brand d'Alba, has announced its challenge to list on KOSPI.


d'Alba Global revealed on the 26th that it has filed a securities report with the Financial Supervisory Service on the 25th and officially initiated the process for listing on KOSPI, with a target listing date in May.


Founded in 2016, d'Alba Global focuses on eco-friendly skincare products using Italian white truffles as the main ingredient. The company developed the patented ingredient Trufferol, which combines the antioxidant effects of white truffles and the skin elasticity and moisturizing benefits of tocopherol in an optimal ratio. d'Alba’s signature product, the White Truffle First Spray Serum, became a best-seller as the "flight attendant mist" and has sold over 50 million units worldwide.


d'Alba Global has seen continuous growth in both revenue and operating profit since its establishment in 2016, achieving a nine-year consecutive increase until 2024. Its revenue grew from 69 billion KRW in 2021 to 309.1 billion KRW last year, achieving an average annual growth rate of 65% and ranking first in revenue growth among cosmetics companies listed on the stock market over the past three years.


The brand has expanded into over 20 countries, including Europe, North America, Russia, and Japan, and is seeing consistent growth. Last year, the proportion of overseas sales increased to 45%, a significant rise from 20% in 2023, with overseas revenue also increasing by 218% during the same period.
