On the afternoon of the 3rd, a press conference was held at the Grand Ballroom of Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the release of IVE’s 3rd mini album, "IVE EMPATHY."
On this day, the members of IVE shared their excitement, saying,
"It’s been a while since we last released an album, so we’re both nervous and thrilled. We can't wait to share our new songs with our fans and many others."
They further explained, "Our previous works have portrayed IVE’s signature self-love and confidence, but this time, we focused on the theme of 'empathy' from various perspectives. This album transcends time and generations, making it universally relatable. We hope it will be well-loved by many."
A special highlight of the event was Rei, who celebrated her birthday on the same day as the group’s comeback. She expressed her happiness, saying, "Out of 365 days, I’m lucky to have our comeback fall on my birthday. This gives me more opportunities to meet our fans. I want to create wonderful memories with my fellow members and our beloved DIVE (fandom name)."
