<Korean Info> A pop-up store of Shin Ramyun will appear in Tokyo!

Nongshim Co. announced on the 30th that it will operate a pop-up store called "Spicy is Fun! Shin Ramyun World" in Tokyo’s Harajuku, known as a "youth mecca," from the 5th to the 14th of next month.

This will be Nongshim’s first pop-up store in Japan, and it is designed to fully reflect the tastes of local youth.

With growing interest in spicy ramen among young people, the pop-up will feature various interactive elements such as a Shin Ramyun Quiz Room, DIY Shin Ramyun souvenir-making, and original Shin Ramyun cooking experiences.

Additionally, the entire store is set up as a photo spot, allowing visitors to take pictures and share them on social media. Korean-inspired elements, such as advertising slogans in Korean displayed throughout the store, are also incorporated.

Through this pop-up, Nongshim will showcase the development story and history of Shin Ramyun, as well as Modisumers' (consumers who creatively reinvent products) unique recipes.

Visitors can also create their own personalized Shin Ramyun kits in the "Original Shin Ramyun" zone, tailored to their individual tastes.

Other events include free distribution of Shin Ramyun, where lucky draw winners can receive Shin Ramyun Yakisoba, Shin Ramyun Black, Shin Ramyun Kimchi, and more.

Outside the store, a food truck will offer tastings, and six varieties of Shin Ramyun will be introduced.
