The Meteorological Administration has issued a caution regarding increased icy conditions on back roads, alleys, bridges, and elevated roads due to freezing temperatures. They also highlighted the potential for refreezing at night, making surfaces even more slippery.

They have called for heightened attention to traffic safety and the prevention of accidents such as pedestrian slips and falls.
