The National Revolutionary Rally, organized by the National Citizens’ Movement Headquarters for Restoring the Republic of Korea (Daegukbon), was a resounding success. It began at 1 PM the previous day and attracted patriotic citizens from all over the country. According to organizers, over 3 million people participated, filling the area from Sejong Center for the Performing Arts to Daehan Gate.
The crowd included middle-aged participants, young people, families, and even foreign attendees.
Participants held Taegukgi and the Stars and Stripes in one hand while raising placards with slogans such as "Arrest Lee Jae-myung, mastermind of treason," "Disband the Democratic Party," and "Impeachment invalid; martial law legitimate."
Despite subzero temperatures, attendees braved the harsh cold with blankets, hand warmers, and heavy clothing, steadfastly remaining at the scene for several hours.
