On the 7th, the Seoul Tourism Foundation announced that the 2024 Seoul Tourism Global Campaign video, "Feel Soul Good," in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, has achieved a total of 570 million views, thanks to the appearance of BTS Jin.
The campaign centers around three themes: “LOVE,” “INSPIRE,” and “FUN.” A total of 11 types of video content were produced, including the main video, teasers, virtual outdoor advertisements (FOOH), and short clips.
Alongside the release of the main video, an event was held encouraging viewers to share recommendations in the comments for Seoul’s top tourist spots, dining locations, and activities. A total of 14,483 participants shared their favorite places and memories of Seoul.
The “LOVE” segment showcases Seoul’s romantic locations, “INSPIRE” highlights the city’s best dining spots, and “FUN” focuses on enjoyable activities. Lists of the 15 most recommended locations for each theme were also published.
For romantic spots, N Seoul Tower and the Han River were top picks. For dining, popular choices included Jinmi Sikdang and Nundong Minari, while Lotte World and the Seoul Skywalk topped the list for fun activities.
The campaign reached audiences worldwide through digital media platforms like YouTube and social media, as well as through large outdoor screens in major cities, including Times Square in New York and Jakarta. Additionally, it was broadcast on prominent international channels, including BBC, spreading the charm of Seoul far and wide.
