In November last year, NJZ declared the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR, citing the agency's failure to fulfill contractual obligations and has since pursued independent activities.
However, ADOR maintains that the contract remains valid and has taken legal action.Currently, ADOR has filed a "lawsuit for confirmation of exclusive contract validity" and a "request for an injunction to preserve agency rights and prohibit advertising contract agreements" with the court.
The injunction hearing against the five members of NewJeans is scheduled for March 7, while the pleading session for the lawsuit confirming the validity of the exclusive contract is set for April 3.
