By 2 p.m. that day, people from all over the country had already begun gathering at Dongdaegu Station in preparation for the scheduled rally against President Yoon’s impeachment.
Notably, a significant number of men in their 20s and 30s, a demographic that has consistently supported President Yoon and the ruling party in various opinion polls, were present.

A 28-year-old man who traveled from Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province, to attend the rally stated,"After observing the impeachment proceedings of President Yoon at the Constitutional Court, I became even more convinced that the martial law was justified. I also question whether biased judges, including Justice Moon Hyung-bae, can conduct a fair trial."
He added, "I felt the need to contribute to this cause no matter what, so I set aside my work and came to Daegu."
Recently, men in their 20s and 30s have emerged as a key support base for President Yoon.
