On February 15, South Korea and Japan will hold a simultaneous lighting event at Namsan Seoul Tower and Tokyo Tower to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Korea-Japan diplomatic normalization.

The lighting ceremony at Namsan Seoul Tower will take place in the evening, with notable attendees including Kim Hong-kyun, South Korea’s First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, representing South Korea, and Koichi Mizushima, the Japanese
Ambassador to South Korea, representing Japan.
