As Christmas draws near, Seoul's Lotte World Tower and Mall in Jamsil, a rising "hot spot," have become the focus of massive interest with a grand-scale Christmas Town set up for the year-end season, attracting a staggering 3 million visitors.
According to Lotte Property & Development on the 20th, the Christmas Town, which opened on November 20, welcomed around 3 million visitors between December 1 and December 17.
Lotte Property & Development transformed the outdoor lawn plaza of Lotte World Tower into a photo-worthy landmark, featuring a 22-meter-high giant Christmas tree, a carousel, a European-style Christmas market, and a Chanel ice rink—all capturing the essence of the festive season.
Christmas-themed content is being displayed on various media platforms, including the Media Cube in front of the tower, the Avenue L facade, and the World Park facade of the Lotte World Mall.
Of particular note, the media facade on the tower's exterior wall showcases a giant Santa face at 0 and 30 minutes past every hour after sunset, drawing significant attention and popularity.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, special content will be unveiled, transforming the entire tower into a massive Christmas tree.
