"Mingles," operated by Chef Kang Min-gu, has been selected as the only Michelin 3-star restaurant in Korea this year.

Michelin announced this today (27th) when it revealed the restaurants listed in the 2025 edition of the "Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan."

Michelin 3 stars indicate a restaurant with "exceptionally good food that is worth a special trip," and Mingles has been included in this guide for 9 consecutive years since the release of the "Michelin Guide Seoul" in 2017.

It was selected as a 2-star restaurant from 2019 until last year, but it has now achieved 3 stars this year.
