Stray Kids' '합(HOP)', 9th RIAA Gold Certification in the U.S.

group Stray Kids has earned its ninth RIAA Gold Certification with the SKZHOP HIPTAPE ‘합 (HOP)’, becoming the first K-pop group to hold five RIAA Gold Certified albums.

According to an official announcement on the RIAA website on the 11th (local time), Stray Kids received the Gold certification for the SKZHOP HIPTAPE ‘합 (HOP)’ released on December 13, 2024. The RIAA awards Gold certifications to works with over 500,000 copies sold in the U.S.
With this, Stray Kids now holds a total of nine RIAA Gold Certifications, including singles ‘神메뉴’ (God’s Menu), ‘MANIAC’, ‘Back Door’, and ‘소리꾼’ (Sori Kun), as well as albums ‘★★★★★ (5-STAR)’, ‘樂-STAR’ (Rockstar), ‘ATE’ (Eight), ‘MAXIDENT’, and ‘합 (HOP)’.
Stray Kids is the first K-pop group to receive more than five Gold certifications in the album category.
